- Plan, design and implement technically innovative, cost-effective and secure network solutions using state-of-the-art hardware, software, telecommunications, Internet and firewall technologies.
- Provide comprehensive network management and detailed statistical analysis.
- Provide comprehensive network security, including recommending and installing appropriate firewalls and/or VPNs.
- Configure, upgrade and maintain network routers and switches, as needed.
- Analyze and define the client’s existing telecommunications environment and infrastructure; recommend technically sound, cost-effective and user-friendly solutions. While maximizing the client’s existing technological investment, employ state-of-the-art technology.
- Provide integrated call center solutions using advanced technologies, such as automated call distribution (ACD), interactive voice response (IVR), computer telephony integration (CTI) and interactive web response (IWR).
- Develop solutions for incorporation of voice response, telephony, Internet and e-commerce applications.
- Integrate telecommunications with other forms of information technology, such as business systems, executive information systems, decision-support systems and emergency response systems.
- Provide comprehensive, enterprise-wide, internal and external system and information security for clients’ telecommunications systems.
- Provide on-going and comprehensive technical support for daily needs of users at all organizational levels.
